DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

The hot fix for SAS Strategy Management 5.6 and SAS Strategy Management 5.6_M1 provides resolutions for the following functional issues:

  1. You are actively working in a SAS Strategy Management data-entry form in the Performance Data-Entry portlet and the following message is displayed:
    Your session has timed out.
    For increased security, close your browser.
  2. You run the SAS Strategy Management %PROJCALC macro and the following error occurs in the log even though the macro calculates successfully:
    2014-08-20 16:11:58,076 [pool-9-thread-1] - ERROR: user x was not found.
  3. You run the SAS Strategy Management %STMBMF macro with the following specified:

    action=modify
    attribute=the-attribute-data-file (for example, attribute=C:\Project1\Project1_Attribute.csv)

    The Project1_Attribute.csv file also specifies an updated Value and the Original Element Type Attribute ID, which enables you to update an element's association. The following error occurs:

    August 20, 2014 05:22:44 PM Attempting to make an element type attribute with
    an invalid reference on line 2.

    August 20, 2014 05:22:44 PM NOTE: Completed processing BMF Modify.

    August 20, 2014 05:22:44 PM NOTE: the submitted BMF Modify job for Project
    Project1 has completed with a job status of ERRORS FOUND.
  4. In the Performance Data-Entry portlet, you enter data into a SAS Strategy Management data-entry form that has many rows. Some of the rows are not visible unless you use the scroll bar. When you click the Submit button, nothing happens, and you are not presented with this dialog box:

    Are you sure you want to submit this form?

  5. You run the SAS Strategy Management %STMBMF macro with the following specified:

    action=modify
    rule=the-rule-data-file (for example, rule=C:\Project1\Project1_Rule.csv)

    The Project1_Rule.csv file also specifies the Keyword of RuleAssociation, which enables you to associate a Rule ID to an Element ID. When you select Edit Metric Attributes for the element (for example, RuleElement1), the Metric Values, Ranges, and Links page does not display the Value rule, as shown here:

    Value rule: No Rule
